Tom Perry has been doing business in Houston since 1987. He got his start in construction in 2010, then founded a real estate investment company in 2013.
Over time, he noticed something: some properties were stuck. Not because the owners didn't want to sell, but because the situation was complicated — maybe there were several family members who all owned a small piece, maybe back taxes had piled up, maybe the property was still in the name of someone who had passed away years ago.
Most buyers walk away from these situations. They're too much work. Since 2017, Quality Property Solutions has helped over 225 Houston families navigate exactly these kinds of complicated cases — and made the process as simple as possible for each one of them.
What makes us different: We're not trying to talk you into anything. Real estate deals with family and inheritance can bring up a lot of emotion. Our job is to make the process easier — even when the situation itself is messy.
Local roots: Tom is a native Houstonian and graduate of Texas A&M. This is his community. He's not going anywhere.
